THE fourth Minhang Art Festival and Sports Meet is in full swing in the district. Last Sunday a sing-song gala was held in Minhang Sports Park to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. At the same time outside the stadium, 20 teams made up of more than 2,000 local residents gave performances of hip-hop, waist drum, ball dancing and yangko dance, among others.
