SIGHT-IMPAIRED athlete Zhang Liangmin from Zhuanqiao Town has won a gold medal in the discus throw at the London Paralympics. Zhang was a silver medal winner in the Beijing Paralympics in 2008 and is the first Shanghai athlete to win gold in the games in London.
