MINHANG has commended 24 good samaritans for selfless actions to protect others. The recipients include Wang Sanshan and Lu Yizheng, who helped police catch a knife-yielding jewelry robber in late March in Maqiao Town. When the suspect tried to flee, Lu and Wang wrestled him to the ground.
