MINHANG'S small- and medium-sized enterprises are benefiting from district loans and contracts, especially to buy their high-tech products during the global economic downturn.

The consultants will work with the district's 205 high-tech companies, providing customized financial management service and fundraising plans.
In the first quarter, Minhang enterprises received 8.25 billion yuan in bank loans to ease the financial pressure.

Local enterprises welcomed government purchasing.
