THREE parks in Minhang have finished installing recycling refuse bins as the district extends its environmental program into parks and green belts, local greenery authorities said. The new dust bins in the Minhang Sports Park, Xinzhuang Park and Wujing Park are color coded for three categories of trash: recyclable goods, harmful goods such as batteries and all other trash.
