ALL public sanitation workers in Minhang will be given shoulder lights to make them more visible on busy streets. This is the first trial of the lights, initiated after traffic accidents involving clean-up crews increased in recent years. The first 30 workers who have received the lights said they were effective especially on overcast and rainy days.
