MINHANG'S sanitation supervision authority is stepping up efforts to crack down on public bathhouses without licenses. In a recent campaign in Huacao Town, law enforcement officers busted a number of illegal bathhouses, most of which target people from out of town. They often have poor hygiene conditions and lack fire safety equipment like fire extinguishers.
