ZHANG Shuping, 57, who works in a government "meals-on-wheels" program delivering free lunches to senior citizens, won first prize in a local talent show in the Meilong area for his diabolo performance, a juggling stunt involving a whirling spool on a string tied to two sticks, each held in one hand. About 1,100 district residents took part in the event.
