A volunteer team at the Jiangchuan Community recently saved the live of a senior citizen surnamed Yuan after the Alzheimer's sufferer collapsed in his home. A volunteer surnamed Qian, who was a frequent visitor to the Yuan household, was on the scene and quickly dispatched the man to the nearest hospital. Local residents praised the work of volunteers, who keep a watchful eye on seniors and needy families.
