Minhang resident Yang Shengmei, an expert on model ships and boats, is holding an exhibition at the Xuhui campus of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Yang has spent 20 years on the hobby and built 400 models. His one-man exhibition features 15 models of historical rigged ships from China, Britain, France and Germany.
