CONSTRUCTION has started on budget housing project at the Qizhong Residential Community in Minhang's Maqiao area. The community will provide housing for people dislocated by redevelopment projects and for low-income earners. The site, near Kunyang Road and Zhugang Bridge, will accommodate up to 100,000 people and will include greenbelts and medical, cultural and sports facilities.
