The China Welfare Institute Pujiang Kindergarten will open in September to benefit about 580 children, mainly from Minhang. The public kindergarten is located on Jiangliu Road S. and Puxiu Road E., with a construction area of about 12,000 square meters. In September 2011, the Minhang District signed preschool education agreement with the China Welfare Institute to build the facility.
