Fifty senior citizens, many of them disabled or bedridden, were moved from the old south wing of the Minhang District Welfare Home into new quarters. Volunteers with the Minhang District Medical Emergency Center helped with the transfer. The new building provides a more amenable lifestyle for the elderly.
