GROUNDBREAKING for the first phase of the Shanghai Zizhu Emerging Industry Research Institution was held on December 12. The project, supported by the Minhang government, is expected to be completed in three years. The facility, located in the Shanghai Zizhu High-Tech Zone, will promote the development and application of emerging technologies, including green energy and digital communications.
