The Shanghai Guitar Festival held in Jiangchuan Town recently was so popular that it may become a fixture. The festival, which included the National Guitar Contest, is expected to be held in the town once every two years, according to the Shanghai Guitar Committee of the Shanghai Musicians’ Association.
