CONSTRUCTION on the Legend Commercial Plaza on Qixin Road is near completion. The site will comprise shopping outlets, office buildings and luxury hotels.
Its targeted customers are young parents, with a focus on home appliances, digital products, interior decorating materials, food and entertainment.
Eighty percent of the space in the shopping plaza has been rented out. Among the retailers already signed up are Suning Appliance Co and Mary Kay China.
