MINHANG Police Station and other administrative departments staged a publicity campaign at the end of January in Qibao Old Street Plaza, promoting public security laws and related measures. Various public services such as free blood pressure checks and bicycle repairs were also offered during the campaign. Minhang policemen also visited several distinguished residents and poor families, as well as victims of fraud.
