RECENTLY, Hongqiao Town has recently set up several new population census stations especially for foreigners, to ensure the census work can be done smoothly.
In Hongqiao Town, there are many high-end residential neighborhoods with foreign residents. To carry out the population census, Hongqiao administration firstly printed some publicity materials and sent them to bars and coffee houses where foreign residents usually gather. For other residents who don't like to open the door to strangers, town officials decided to set up new population census stations in selected communities, where residents can complete their census forms.
