GIRLS from Minhang Primary School in Jiangchuan Town recently received a so-called “rose lecture” on puberty, sex and self-protection. The lecture, organized by the China Women’s Federation, encourages girls to embrace their passage to womanhood and understand processes that affect their lives. The lecture will move to more schools in the near future.
