A group of young public servants from Minhang went on a training tour in the United States earlier this month. Since 2007, almost 150 public servants from the district have received training in the US, studying local government structure and operations. The program is jointly sponsored by the Minhang government and the East Asian Legal Studies Center at the University of Wisconsin Law School.
