A Metro shopping mall in Pujiang Town will start construction in August. The project covers an area of 400,000 square meters and it is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2010.
Located near the Metro Line 8, the mall is ecological and saves energy. It is designed with solar heating devices and automatic rain-water collectors. The whole plaza has a 60,000-square-meter greenbelt in the center and the project's green coverage will reach 45 percent.
Only 20 meters away from the Metro station, the mall will include restaurants, supermarkets, parks and a parking lot that can accommodate more than 2,000 cars.
