LOCALS in Minhang will be rewarded with pot plants, ballpoint pens, toothpaste and other little gifts if they recycle their used batteries, glass bottles and old newspapers. This environmental protection campaign has been organized by the GSA College Student Group. It will involve the district's office buildings, schools and residential areas by the end of this year.
