THE Minhang branch of the Shanghai Senior Citizens Foundation celebrated its fifth anniversary recently. The arm has raised more than 35.7 million yuan since it was founded and has sponsored more than 60 events to benefit the elderly. It has served an estimated 320,000 seniors.
