The conference was organized by Minhang Science Committee, Cloud Camp and Shanghai Nano Company. It aims to get a further understanding of technology and the commercial model of cloud computing as well as take advantage of great opportunities in the IT revolution all over the world.

The conference invited entrepreneurs including the founder of Cloud Camp and officials from IBM, Cisco and Beijing Trusted Company to give themed speeches.

About 60 foreign and domestic experts in cloud computing have participated in the conference, during which they exchanged their opinions on various fields such as SaaS (Software-as-a-Service), PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) and IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service), as well as sharing their experience and solutions during their research.

In the conference, the famous Israel Infinity Group signed an investment agreement with Shanghai Nano Company.

At the same time, both sides released the Chinese edition of their new product ViewFinity.

The Shanghai Economy Committee publicized the Shanghai Cloud Computing Industry Promoting Plan (2010-2012), encouraging and supporting the development of Minhang's IT enterprises in the cloud computing industry.

The Minhang government has already established three funds for supporting the high-end technology industry, and it also spends more than one billion yuan (US$149 million) annually on supporting the advanced manufacturing industry.

According to the conference, in the future the local government will continuously offer great support to high-end new industries such as cloud computing, trying to give Minhang a key role in Shanghai's development in this field.
