MORE than 10,000 posts of flowers will bloom in Minhang's 100 neighborhoods in a greening project launched this month.
One hundred environmentally conscious families have been granted "Green Cards," so they can "adopt" trees in parks and green belts.
Card holders get free admission to parks and recreation centers.
Talks on the environment, green living, green planting and technology will be held in district schools, communities, neighborhoods, office buildings and villages to promote the eco-awareness.
