MINHANG will launch a campaign to round up juvenile beggars and other street children, and send them back to their hometowns. The children will be sent to the Shanghai Aid Center in the Putuo District while authorities try to track down their families. In a tandem operation, Minhang police will strengthen their investigation of cases where children have been kidnapped or forced to go into begging.
