Xinzhuang has organized 22 special teams to work with 25 commercial development sites like the Cloud Nine Shopping Mall. Each team, comprised of officials from town government departments, such as industry, commerce and taxation, is structured to provide whatever assistance is needed to support the town’s commercial development policies. One team, for example, identified and solved a discharge-permit problem in the Yinshi Technology Park that was a deterrent to investors.
