HUACAO Town food safety authorities raided an unlicensed tofu production facility. About 500 kilograms of tofu were destroyed at the scene, and 3 tons of soybeans were confiscated, officials said. Minhang has been accelerating its campaign against unsafe food production amid national and regional scandals about tainted products.
