A little piece of Manhattan coming to Zhenru

THE Zhenru Sub-Central Business District is to be revamped into "Upper West Shanghai" with a design concept similar to Upper West Manhattan in New York City.
The project covers 200,000 square meters and the first executive mansions will be put on sale after spring.
Hotels, residences, offices and shopping malls will be built to make the area an high end commercial center. A New York-style park will feature eight gardens, three lakes and grassy areas.
The project is designed to meet the business and leisure needs of residents.
In the northwest of Putuo, Zhenru is one of four sub-CBDs in Shanghai and the only one with a level A transport hub.
