Entrepreneurs who want to start businesses in Putuo District can get help from the first business startup service platform account on WeChat.
It’s a multifunction real-time communication application for smart phones, launched October 8 by the Putuo Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
It will provide information, updates and news on company promotional events. Users will be able to get services anytime and anywhere and can ask questions.
In the future, the platform will expand beyond Putuo and collect citywide information.
