Park surfing
ZUIBAI Pond Park recently installed a WiFi network so that park-goers can sit among peaceful surroundings and surf the Internet free for up to two hours.
Internet users can find the iShanghai signal via cell phone, laptop or tablet computer. A password isn't required for access. In order not to maintain the purity of the park's landscaping, the 13 WiFi hotspots are set up on walls and on poles.
Park officials said WiFi users should avoid lush tree areas, where the signal will be weaker.
