TAIPEI Mayor Hau Lung-bin flew to Shanghai earlier this month to attend the annual Taipei-Shanghai City Forum. During his stay, Hau lead a delegation to Songjiang District to tout his city's two major industries - information technology and entertainment creation. "The most important part of our culture and art industry is TV and film, which we are trying to develop at top speed," Hau said. Songjiang has two film parks and more than 360 Taiwan-invested companies. An estimated 6,000 Taiwanese live in the district.
