Taking it all off - pros and cons

THE topic of naked marriage - especially what makes a happy marriage - is hotly debated online.

Here are some pros, cons and "half-naked" views from several websites.

Pros:

Ambest: Naked marriage should be the normal way. Having wedding ceremony, apartment and cars as a necessity for marriage is a sick understanding of a happy life.

Xiao Ya 679: Weren't our parents married nakedly? Didn't they manage to start empty-handed and make it through?

Cheng Yimu: Naked marriage is a way of delaying certain goals that you cannot manage at the time of marriage until later. It's normal.

Tian Kewu: For those have shoes already, there is no need to go barefoot again. But living with the attitude of a bare-feet man is not bad.

Tian Tian: Discussing whether we can have (successful) naked marriage is like asking whether poor people can have love. The key is the person. Because you don't have some material thing now doesn't mean you cannot have it later. Working on your future is more meaningful than bothering yourself about the material things that you cannot have now.

Cons:

Su Zhe: Nine yuan for a marriage certificate may prove the existence of true love, but who can guarantee that 9-yuan love is indestructible?

Holding the moon in my arms: Naked marriage sounds good, but you have to get approval from your mother-in-law first.

Du Yiwei: I can accept half-naked, but not completely naked. Owning an apartment is like our clothes and trousers, a car is like shoes, a wedding ceremony and diamond ring are like hats and scarf. I can go without hats, scarves or even shoes. But I insist on having my body covered.

An Juke: Accepting a naked marriage is a way of deceiving yourself and the others. Without any material foundation, how can you be immersed in the fun of love? The marriage that relies on a thin piece of paper cannot make it through wind or rain.

Speaking dreams with bare feet: There is no indestructible love in the world. Even if there was, the person who had the love would be destroyed by the reality. Therefore, it (love) is just a legend.
