Hop to it for ‘Trampoline Olympics’
IN celebration of the Olympic Games to be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Anting Life Hub in Jiading District is holding its “Trampoline Olympics” through September 4.
This cool indoor event features three areas devoted to trampoline basketball, gymnastics and athletics. Everyone is welcomed to have fun and show off their talents.
One highlight is the SlamBall area, where participants can display their dunking skills as they bounce through the air. The game originated in Los Angeles and became popular in the US more than a decade ago. It’s now making its way to young Chinese sports lovers. Every weekend afternoon, professional SlamBall players will also be invited to the event.
Those who want to stretch themselves to the limit can take part in trampoline gymnastics. It will be an unforgettable experience for both the mind and the body.
At the third game section, visitors can parkour on the leaning trampoline. This is a nice place for sports lovers to transcend gravity in a fun-filled activity that will improve their balance and muscle control.
Date: Through September 4, 4-8pm (Monday-Friday), 1-8pm (Saturday-Sunday)
Venue: 1/F, Anting Life Hub
Address: 1055 Moyu Rd S.
