Tracing the History of Shanghai
NEARLY 500 archeological objects are display at Shanghai Museum. The exhibition aims to trace the origin of the civilization of Shanghai in the past 6,000 years. The objects vary from the jadewares of the New Stone Age to the goldwares of the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368). This is also the biggest archeological exhibition about Shanghai that ever be held in the city.
