Rooftop harvest

The first batch of organic vegetables has been harvested from the rooftop garden of the Zhenru Town’s government building. The produce was given to volunteers of the Yinghuayuan residential community. Government employees are using the rooftop and balconies to grow vegitables using organic methods — no chemical fertilizer or pesticides.
