Today’s young people knocking down old stereotypes

Are males actually the ones that struggle to succeed because they are hidden behind the victories of females?

As a female student seeing the advancing world through young eyes, I have realized that the current generation is the one most open to females attempting to try new activities that were not previously part of female society. In the past, it was always the males who were believed to achieve higher standards of success. However, females have now risen to become the change makers of our generation. Girls are making a difference by venturing out and becoming leaders in new fields that were once only lead by men.

Malala Yousafzai, the young Noble Peace Prize winner, is one example of a female who is taking risks to make the world a better place by being an activist for female education. She stands out above all as a woman who made and is continuing to make a difference in our corrupt world. “Weak” or “inferior” are now words of the past when describing females, who today are known as strong and independent members of society. The current generation will be the people that will change the mindset of the world and instill the belief that despite differences in gender, we are all equal human beings. In the future, I want to exist in a world where overall equality becomes reality.
