‘Dream Maker’ will air in Season 3

DRAGON TV reality show “Dream Maker” has a big following in Shanghai and many people want to remodel their houses with the help of featured designers. The show’s third season has been aired from yesterday.

Renowned interior designers will continue to make “dream houses” for families with limited budgets.

They will overcome all kinds of challenges to transform cramped, dim and odd spaces into beautiful new homes.

In one episode, they will try to fill a 38-square-meter room with everything — a mini bar, a bathroom, a study and a cloakroom.

Some assignments appeared to be “mission impossible” in the beginning but have a happy ending. The designers will work hard to solve one dilemma after another.

Since its premiere in 2014, “Dream Maker” has restyled 26 homes of various descriptions.

The designers, both Chinese and foreign, have impressed the viewers with their ingenuity and professionalism.

Taiwan architect-designer Ping Wang said that despite the grueling part of every project he took, it is a rewarding experience for him to join the show.

He called on the public to protect old buildings while Shanghai undergoes rapid transformation.

“Dream Maker” will be shown on Dragon TV Channel every Tuesday from 9:30pm for three months.
