Lavender Festival blossoms on Chongming Island

Don’t miss the chance to spend a day in a sea of lavender and more than 30 species of herbs and flowers.
The Lavender Festival continues until June 20 at Lavender and Egret Love Park on Chongming Island. The festival features 150 hectares of lavender and herbs like basil and rosemary.
Other activities include a family day, food carnival, sports, live music and online photo contest.
Visitors can also make their own lavender oil and feed the park’s lamas.
