THIS Korean snack food comes in chili or curry flavors.
UNLIKE most thinly pressed, paper-like seaweed flakes, this one is a bag of loose seaweed pieces that’s tossed with sesame seeds.
The chili one has layers of flavors, starting from sweet to salty and ending with a mildly spicy finish.
The seaweed can be used in making salads or simply put a spoonful on top of rice or noodles for extra flavor. When eating as a snack, it’s better to use a spoon.
The bag has a zip closure for easy storage.
