Four Seasons to get surf ‘n’ turf
THE Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai has launched a new surf ‘n’ turf highlighting Canadian beef and oysters.
The steak house is offering an a la carte menu featuring fillet (398 yuan/US$53.4), sirloin (358 yuan), rib-eye (388 yuan), beef rib burger (298 yuan) and slow cooked boneless beef rib (328 yuan). Two set menus are available for 198 yuan (two courses) and 258 yuan (three courses). The Shintaro Japanese restaurant has an offer for two Canadian oysters and half a lobster for 108 yuan. All price subjects to 15 percent charge.
