Cantonese style
Founded in 1938, this nan huo dian was once known as China's "king of beef jerky." It's famous for quality meat dried and seasoned the Cantonese way. Signature foods include flavorful and juicy beef jerky, preserved pork slices and la chang, a dried smoked pork sausage with high fat content, seasoned with rose water and soy sauces. It tastes smoky and sweet.

Wan You Quan 万有全
Jinhua style
Opened in the late Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), this outlet is famous for Jinhua ham, not simply preserved and dried but also aged for months. Bacon, preserved sausage and dried chicken are popular. Dried vegetables and nuts are available.

Suzhou style
Opened in 1928, this store although sells preserved meats, salted seafood and dried vegetables, the most popular food is Suzhou-style mooncakes. These are puff pastries with a crispy outside and filled with juicy pork. In addition, its black sesame, walnut and various local pastries are recommended by many loyal customers.
