Wishbone is not large, but a vibrant, modern and homey with an open kitchen. It’s a good choice for having a quick lunch or for a glass of cold beer after work.
The signature dish is a quarter rotisserie chicken with two sides for one person, priced at 78 yuan (US$12.5). The chicken is marinated and slow-roasted in a French rotisserie oven.
Customers can order the chicken by quarter, half or whole. The side dishes are prepared using seasonal ingredients, including potatoes, salads, roasted butternut squash and more. Wishbone offers in-house ricotta with roast nectarine and homemade lemon tarts for dessert.
