Rich Spanish flavor at el albero
GRAND Kempinski Hotel Shanghai’s Spanish restaurant el albero, led by chef Alvaro Bonache Utiel, has launched a new menu featuring traditional tapas, paella and modern creations.
For an immersive experience of the Spanish flavors, Utiel has created dishes like the rich anchovy toast, foie gras presented in cake style, magic olive and salmon tomato shaped like a real tomato. You can also choose the classic meat balls and squid sandwich that pair well with wine or cocktail.
