Soy sauces for every dish and taste

SOY sauce is a key cooking ingredient and condiment in East Asia and Southeast Asia, and there are many different varieties to match different dishes, from dim sum to udon noodles.

The earthy, salty brown sauce of fermented soybean paste originated in China in the 2nd century BC and spread throughout Asia. Taste differs significantly and depends on ingredients (roasted grain, brine, water), fermentation methods, brewing, blending and aging.

It's made throughout Asia, including Japan, Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar and other countries. It adds a fresh, salty flavor that highlights the dish.
