Spring dishes at hotels

BRAISED pork rib in cherry sauce, served with shepherd’s purse spring roll

Price: 78 yuan+15% for one person (valid until May 31)

Chef Tony Lu invites you to delight in the fresh flavors and produce of spring with a special spring menu. Jiangnan (region south of the Yangtze River) cuisine takes its cues from the season and is therefore extremely nourishing for the body. Highlights include double-boiled pork with fresh Longjing green tea from Hangzhou; blended red clam with minced fragrant Chinese chives; and Shanghainese salted pork soup (yan du xian), a nourishing home-style spring broth enriched with bamboo shoots and dumplings.
