Yangzhou is a picturesque city with a storied history. Legend has it Marco Polo served there under Mongol Emperor Kublai Khan from 1282 to 1287. Many famous Chinese poets, especially from the Tang (AD 618-907) and Qing (1644-1912) dynasties, praised Yangzhou for its waterways, gardens, lacquer ware and Huaiyang cuisine.

The Grand Ballroom is the hotel’s centerpieces meeting space and is ideal for holding large conferences, events and gala receptions. Measuring 1,500 square meters, it features a stunning chandelier with an 8.8-meter high ceiling. The ballroom can accommodate up to 840 people for a banquet or 1,350 for a reception. It can also be divided into three separate ballrooms, one of which has floor-to-ceiling windows. The pre-function area measures 556 square meters while the Grand Ballroom also has two entrances/exits, offering guests more convenience.
A further eight private function rooms on the second floor are also available. They range in size and are equipped with state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the hotel.
