Joyce, together with Bonnae Gokson, a fashion celebrity and entrepreneur in Hong Kong, held her first book launch for “Butterflies and All Things Sweet’’ at Joyce’s store in Plaza 66 recently. In her book, she shares her passion for desserts. She opens a window into the inspiration and ideas behind her extraordinary cake designs. Gokson established the SEVVA restaurant, Ms B’s Cakery, and C’est La B cafe dessert bar chain-stores on her own.
