Chloe's new concept flagship store to open
FRENCH luxury brand Chloe opened its first concept flagship store in Asia last week at Citic Square, Shanghai, after its Paris flagship on the Rue Saint-Honore. The 300-square-meter, two-floor Shanghai store is all about the brand's new attitude, designed by famous interior designer Joseph Dirand, who was inspired by the aura of the 1970s sensible and lingering Chloe female style. The interior brings a new expression of understated luxury with abundant light, graceful decorations and ivory hues. In order to celebrate the new concept store, Chloe has organized a fun and relaxing opening party where the guests are invited to a treasure hunt through an invitation that's a mysterious key. Guests are invited to open Chloe boxes placed in different corners and gather gifts to complete the hunt. Garments, bags, shoes and accessories from the spring/summer 2013 collection are available in the store and a special "Alice'' handbag in an exclusive golden ginger color is available, with a sales limit of only 25 to commemorate the new store's opening.
