BRITISH Airways announced last week it will provide its Club World (business class) customers with a complimentary one-way upgrade to first class on their outbound or inbound flight from China to the UK or Europe.
The return fares in Club World to the UK or Europe start from 30,480 yuan (US$4,900) from Chengdu, 32,530 yuan from Shanghai and 35,680 yuan from Beijing. The offer is available for booking until May 7. It is valid for outbound travel from Chengdu before May 4, and from Beijing or Shanghai before August 31.
